Blackfeather: 9.25” feather Damascus Santoku Chef Knife
$2,500.00
This is Blackfeather. A 9.25” Santoku that means business. The blade’s got a bold feather Damascus pattern that runs straight and true, clean, tight, and sharp. It’s long enough to handle the big jobs, but still nimble where it counts.
The bolster’s vintage wrought iron with a worn, distressed finish, nothing fancy, just real character. The handle is African Blackwood, cut in that classic faceted style inspired by old Japanese knives. Smooth in the hand, but not slippery. Finished off with a domed sterling silver pin that gives it just the right amount of class without getting cute.
Built to work. Built to last. Look sharp doing it.
