This one’s called Greenwing. It’s a solid, no-nonsense prep knife with a feather-pattern Damascus blade that cuts clean and looks sharp without being flashy. The handle’s a deep forest green—dyed, stabilized, and sculpted to fit right in your hand. Feels like a feather, but built for the kitchen.

The bolster’s got a soft patina and a bit of texture to it, just enough to give it some grit. There’s a single sterling silver pin in the handle. Simple. Strong. Built to last.
